What is the difference between a collar and a harness?
A collar goes around the neck and is perfect for dogs who walk nicely by your side without pulling. A harness wraps around the entire body, distributing pressure evenly across the chest and shoulders; it is highly recommended for dogs that pull, puppies, and dogs with neck sensitivities. At Petit Loup, we also offer anti-pull harnesses featuring a front D-ring to help gently redirect and reduce pulling behavior.
How do I choose the right size for a collar or harness?
Use a measuring tape to measure your dog's neck circumference (for a collar) or chest circumference (for a harness), leaving enough room to comfortably fit two fingers underneath the tape. You can find a detailed size chart on every product page. If your dog falls between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger size.
Are your products waterproof?
It depends on the collection and material. Some of our collections are completely water and dirt-resistant. However, items made from corduroy (such as our Brownie, Lila, and Cream Dream collections) can be hand-washed but are not waterproof. Our neoprene harnesses (like Rosy Marble and Girl Boss) are water-friendly.
Can I wash the products?
Products made from corduroy, wool, or crochet should be hand-washed only and should never be put in the dryer. Products made from faux leather, silicone, or water-resistant materials can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
What is a Hands-Free Leash?
A hands-free leash is designed to be worn around your waist or diagonally across your body, leaving your hands completely free. It is ideal for running, hiking, or simply pushing a stroller during your daily walks. Our hands-free leashes are crafted from durable, easy-to-clean PVC and are available in sleek black and purple.
What is an epoxy name tag, and what makes it special?
Our name tags are individually handcrafted from epoxy resin, a lightweight, highly durable, and beautiful material that allows for completely unique designs. Because they are handmade, every single tag is one of a kind. Note: To maintain their beauty, keep them away from prolonged water exposure. They are not recommended for dogs who tend to chew on their tags.
How long does shipping take?
We make every effort to process and dispatch standard orders within 5 business days of receiving payment. Because our personalized name tags are custom handcrafted, they require 1 additional business day for production. Shipping transit times vary depending on your location and destination.
Do you cater to all dog sizes?
Yes! The majority of our accessories are inclusive and designed for all shapes and sizes, ranging from XS to L, and up to XL for specific models. We also carry specialized items tailored for smaller pups, which you can easily find by using our sizing filters in the shop.
Can I order a personalized tag with my dog's name?
Absolutely! When purchasing a tag, you can specify your dog's name and your phone number, which we will carefully embed onto the tag during production.
Can I get a personalized product recommendation?

What is your return policy?
We offer a straightforward return policy. You can return any unused, undamaged, and unaltered item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are fully responsible for measuring their dogs using our sizing charts before purchasing; Petit Loup is not liable for sizing errors, and exchanges for a different size will require the customer to cover all associated shipping fees.Please note: Custom or personalized items (such as name tags) and items damaged due to incorrect use or chewing cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return, and we will provide you with the return address. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 30 days, and exchanges are processed within 8 days.
