We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and convenient return and exchange policy.

1. General Conditions

  • 1.1. Return Window: Any unused, undamaged, and unaltered product can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back and covering all return shipping costs.

  • 1.2. Sizing Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to measure their dog according to the size charts provided on our Site and within each product page, and to choose the correct size. Petit Loup holds no liability for products that are too large or too small for your pet. If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing errors, all shipping costs for the exchange will be covered exclusively by the customer.

  • 1.3. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • 2.1. Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone, providing your order details and the reason for the return.

  • 2.2. Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send the package back to us.

3. Processing and Refunds

  • 3.1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility and quality criteria.

  • 3.2. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original method of payment within 30 days of us receiving the returned product.

  • 3.3. Exchanges: Product exchanges will be processed and shipped within 10 days of us receiving your returned item.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

  • 4.1. Personalized Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any customized or personalized products (such as personalized dog name tags).

  • 4.2. Damaged Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to improper use, chewing, or incorrect handling.
